What you’ll be doing:
- The Integration Manager sits within the Acceptance & Integration area and is responsible for: -
- Production and maintenance of the Integration strategy and management set
- Monitoring of Integration testing activities, providing assurance of its adherence to agreed process
- Has oversight of the Systems Engineering aspects of Integration
- Detailed audit / investigative reports on the perceived deficiencies in integration approach, culminating in recommendations to mitigate or irradicate as appropriate
- Oversight of the integration aspects of design proving arguments, and functional flows
- Providing oversight and assurance of development & validation and verification plans and procedures for performing activities that will deliver system element and stakeholder requirements acceptance criteria. Monitoring of Verification and Validation activities within the Integration area, providing assurance of its adherence to agreed process
- Ensure design proving evidence is comprehensive, captured within the correct tools and documentation and has been endorsed by the appropriate level of authority
- Support the documentation of domain knowledge and be able to pass on information and expertise in order to help grow the knowledge base within appropriate business teams
- Provide technical guidance to other engineers and support the engineering management team in planning and controlling specialist activities
