What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting the Deputy Head of Cost in developing and maintaining governance frameworks, BMS Procedures, Desk Instructions, and self-audit plans. Perform SQEP assessments and create training and development plans
- Building effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of cost data, especially for the Full Programme Costing and Annual Budgeting Cycle processes
- Helping to drive identified opportunities to completion and ensure CMG assurance aligns with in-year Efficiencies KPI targets
- Overseeing Full Programme Costing submissions for the Dreadnought Programme budget areas, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Managing the cash claims approval process, enabling timely review, approval, and payment of Industry Party claims
- Assisting the Deputy Head of Cost in ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements and correct accounting treatments)
