- Deputising for the EVMS Manager in line with the delegations and authority flowed down
- Managing training activities to develop suitably qualified experienced personnel (SQEP) EVMS capability
- Undertaking assurance reviews of EVM data received from parties
- Maintaining an effective EVM Process ensuring the assurance and configuration management of the data
- Supporting the integration of performance data from all Alliance Parties to provide a cross-functional coherent single point of truth in the EVMS
- Working with Alliance colleagues across the project controls functions to ensure coherency of integration, analysis, interpretation and key messages
- Monthly reporting including the supply of EVM aspects of project dashboards, associated analysis and recommendations
- Supporting the utilisation of the EVM project controls toolset for detailed analysis
- Supporting the development and maintenance (with IT support) of the EVM Cobra toolset capability
- Liaising with the Parties to support delivery of timely data and information inputs to the Alliance-set specification
