- Presenting clear and concise programme insights (based on detailed and complex information) to management and customers
- Developing relationships with project controls leaders within BAES, RR, MoD (SDA) and the Alliance, and the Alliance Programme Management Team to drive joint understanding and clear communications with respect to project and programme performance
- Contribute to formal audits such as IBRs and Demonstrations Reviews to determine the quality of earned value processes, activities and data
- Defining the EVMS Strategy and future capability development roadmap
- Driving the integration of cost/performance data from all Alliance Parties to provide a coherent single point of truth in the EVMS
- Monthly reporting including the supply of EVM aspects into the programme reporting suite, associated analysis and recommendations
- Driving the utilisation of the EVM project controls toolset for detailed analysis
- Developing and maintaining (with IT support) the EVM Cobra toolset capability
