What you’ll be doing:
- Deals with issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information. Collects feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness.
- Utilises methods, tools, techniques; selecting appropriately from plan-driven/predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approaches.
- Investigates operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
- Specifies requirements for environment, data, resources and tools, reviews and test results and modifies tests as necessary.
