What you’ll be doing:
- Maintaining the Alliance Reporting Cycle by providing meeting packs
- Supporting the Alliance Reporting Manager in the development of Alliance reporting capabilities to meet the demands of the Alliance governance structure
- Maintenance and management of the Alliance Governance Review actions ensuring they are kept updated
- Continued development of a standardised approach that enables consistency of information across various reviews and enables easy decision-making
- Generating agenda packs on programme performance and upholding the single version of the truth
- Supporting Alliance Management Team members with ad-hoc initiatives
- Able to undertake advanced problem solving typically based on previous experience
- Implementing reporting requirements within the Alliance governance structure, continued development of material and effective ways of working
