What you’ll be doing:
- Work collaboratively with organisations and functions to gather requirements and ensure that the requirements are deliverable
- Participate in regular reviews to establish demand requirements of scope and change for work allocated
- Actively work to champion change, through a system of improvement and drive the implementation of continuous improvement
- Undertake systems testing and validation and feedback to stakeholders
- Be responsible for understanding the needs of the customer to ensure desired outputs align with service delivery
