This Project Manager opportunity offer Hybrid working opportunities from any of our key sites in Derby, Barrow-in-Furness or Bristol with an expectation of regular travelling to Barrow and Bristol. You will be responsible for: execution of the contract commitments for Delivery Phase 3, essentially developing the agreements and securing permissioning via the Dreadnought Contract & Permissioning Group. You will also be developing the strategy for DP4 and project management of the approvals workstream; and delivering route to contract transformation and continuous improvement activities through joint processes.

This role provides Project Management leadership of the DP3 Commitments working on a range of deals across all of the Alliance Parties.

What you will be doing:

You will be supporting the development of acquisition and commercial strategies.

  • Preparing detailed plans for the Route to Contract workstreams.
  • Engaging with subject matter experts to bring their advice and expertise into negotiations, coordinating resources to best effect.
  • Providing written and verbal briefings to stakeholders on Dreadnought Commitments
  • Developing contract artefacts including Change Requests, AEDs, MDAL, Risk Register, Scope Description
  • Delegating PM authority to assure new commitments

  • Commercially aware, with experience of procurement processes, or a keen interest to learn
  • Understands and promotes collaboration both inside and outside of the Alliance, displaying good stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
  • Displays strong team working skills and has a passion for driving the performance of the Alliance to deliver DP3 commitment
  • Qualified Project Manager (APMP or similar)
  • Numerate, has some skills in Excel and is able to apply analytical skills
