What you’ll be doing:
· Processing of Requirement Acceptance Forms (RAFs), ensuring they are being adequately addressed by the appropriate bodies and are expedited in an efficient manner, ensuring that Approval Authority (AA) responsibilities are both recognised and progressed
· Collecting and collating metrics & data regarding the following (not exhaustive):
Ø Verification – Demonstration that the design solution will meet the requirements placed on it
Ø Validation – Demonstration that the as-built product has met the requirements placed on it
Ø Requirements change proposals – Agreed amendments to the requirement set
Ø System maturity supporting data (D5, etc) – Predefined criteria outlining the expected level of documentation content/coverage
· Providing exception reporting on the above, covering any detraction from process and/or schedule also raising any identified unintended consequences
· Support management in the communication of metrics into higher level meetings/presentations (such as monthly report & annual design reviews), providing collated data that has obtained agreement by all associated parties in establishing an AA perspective for such reviews
